1) What is your Guarantee?

We guarantee that all the wedding dresses we ship are brand new, never worn, first quality wedding dresses. These gowns are guaranteed to be manufacturer direct.

2) I don’t know which size to order…

Please click on “Sizing” for the Wedding Dress Size chart and use it as a guideline. It will show you how to measure yourself and help you decide on which size will best fit you.

4) How long does it take to receive my Wedding dress?

It usually takes 15-30 business days within the U.S.. For international orders, it will take 20-30 business days. In rare cases, some wedding dresses may be backordered and may take longer. In such an event, we will contact you immediately to let you know when the dress is scheduled to ship. If your wedding is less than 4weeks from the time of order, please check with us for the inventory of the dress before you place an order.

Note: Bridesmaid dresses are not in-stock items since they are cut to order after they have been purchased. It is simply not possible to inventory these dresses since there are so many variations of style, color and size. Shipping typically takes 7 to 8 weeks so please plan accordingly.

5) Why do your gowns cost so much less?

We are an online bridal shop with very little overhead since we don't have an expensive storefront. We also purchase our dress directly from the dress manufacturer and are able to pass on super deals to you. We offer designer quality dresses and accessories at below wholesale prices in most cases. When you purchase a wedding dress through other bridal shops, by the time the dress is in your hand (in the consumer’s hand), these same dresses are priced $700 to $1,200.00. Why not buy directly from our bridal shop online where you can buy a dress that no one has ever tried-on or touched for a great price. Most dresses at other bridal shops have been tried-on by many other customers.

6) How can I receive your Free Newsletter? Do I have to purchase in order to subscribe?

You do not need to buy anything from our bridal shop in order to receive a Free Newsletter. Just type in your name and email on our homepage to start receiving our newsletter. We provide many tips to save money while planning a cheap wedding.

7) You are offering Free Honeymoon or vacation with 20 locations. What are my choices?

8) How do I set up my Free Honeymoon and how does it work?

When you purchase your wedding dress from our bridal shop online, we are giving away a Free Honeymoon or vacation (2nights, 3 days). You will receive a certificate together with your wedding dress. This includes a hotel stay you can choose from 20 of the locations mentioned above in 8). There’s contact information on the certificate for you to schedule your vacation. Please note that there’s $12.00 processing fee and a room tax (usually $8-$12) charged by the hotel you will be staying at when using this certificate. You can use this certificate within 1 year. You can use it as a honeymoon or a vacation you may want to take later on.

9) Is there any Sales Tax?

7.75% sales tax applies to all California residents.

For International purchases, there may be customs and/or duty tax. All duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer and Stylish Bridal is not liable for a shipping delay caused by a package held up at the airport or other port of entry due to unpaid duties or taxes. To avoid unexpected delays or charges, please check with your local authorities before placing your order.

10) What is your Return Policy & Cancellation Policy?

In order for us to guarantee below wholesale prices and to keep all the bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses to be brand new, we do not accept any returns for any reason. All sales are final. Please understand that this is the only way we can keep our prices low, offer a discount bridal service and make all of the brides who visit our bridal shop online happy.

11) Can I Exchange my dress?

We do allow one exchange when the dress you ordered was in stock when you ordered it. In order to qualify for a size exchange, contact us via email within 3 calendar days of receiving the wedding dress to request the size exchange. After the 3rd day, we no longer accept exchanges. Once you email us, you will be given an Exchange Authorization number. You must have this authorization number to exchange your wedding gown. Be sure to write this number on the OUTSIDE of the box when sending the wedding gown back. Any package received without the Authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused and it will not qualify for an exchange. No exceptions. You must send the wedding gown back to arrive at our bridal shop within 10 business days of receiving the exchange authorization number to qualify for the size exchange.

In cases where you purchase a dress that will be made from scratch, we will have the dress made especially for you and have it cut to the size and height you provide for us. In these cases, there are no exchanges.

A 20% restocking fee will apply ($39 minimum exchange fee per item). Any item priced under $39 is not allowed to be exchanged.

All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees.

We do not exchange any other bridal accessories or bridesmaid dresses, so please be sure to order the correct size.

All wedding dresses need to have their original tags with their original bags in order to exchange the gown. We do not take back or exchange any dress that has been worn, is altered in any way or with stains, dirt, make-up, cigarette odor, perfume etc. All wedding dresses must pass inspection test through our QA department to qualify for an exchange.

Please note that any size exchanges, which did not follow our procedures above in a timely manner, will not qualify for a size exchange.

For international customers, please understand that all sales are final and please be sure to order the correct size.
