All shipments of bride's gowns, bridesmaid dresses or wedding accessories include shipping, insurance and tracking number for your convenience. You will receive shipping tracking information via email when your wedding wear order ships out. Our Flat Rate Priority Ship rate is available for U.S. delivery only and must be requested via Email or Phone. An additional $29.00 will be charged for this expedited shipping method . Once we receive your dress from the warehouse we will put it first in line to ship the same day. This will generally save approximately 3 to 5 days in delivery time.

Please note:

For sizes 18 and larger there will be an additional charge of $15.00. This will be a manual charge that will occur after the initial purchase in most cases.

Shipping within the U.S.:

From the time we receive your order and payment, it usually takes 15-30 days for you to receive your wedding wear or bridal accessories within U.S. states. If there is a delay, we will notify you right away.

Shipping Method:

Depending on the address, shipments will be delivered either by US Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or DHL. Please note that some carriers will not deliver to P.O. Box. Please provide us with your home address or your work address.

For International Orders:

It will take 20-30 business days to receive your wedding wear or bridal accessories for those of you ordering from out of U.S. Please apply the correct international shipping cost to your order. For International orders, it will ship via United States Postal Service.

For International purchases, there may be customs and/or duty tax. All duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer and Stylish Bridal is not liable for a shipping delay caused by a package held up at the airport or other port of entry due to unpaid duties or taxes. To avoid unexpected delays or charges, please check with your local authorities before placing your order.

Drop-shipping:

Available for U.S. customers only. We can drop-ship any items. Please provide us with recipient address and we will send it to that person for no extra charge.

Sales Tax:

7.75% sales tax applies to all California residents.

Exchange Policy

There will be a 25% exchange fee, in order to cover the shipping cost to resend bride's gowns (minimum exchange fee is $39.00). Please email us within 3 calendar days of receiving the wedding dress for an exchange. Once you contact us, you will be given an exchange authorization number and send the gown back within 10 business days (the gown must reach our bridal shop within 10 business days) .
